If you are checking to see if HookupCloud.com is a legitimate dating site or not, you are in the right place. In this review, the Dating Cop team will go through the specific details of how this site is aimed at scamming its users. Continue reading to learn more and protect yourself from this online rip off.
Why does a free dating site need your credit card info?
Isn’t it strange? A free online dating site that needs your credit card “to confirm your free account” cannot really be free. In fact, it isn’t. HookupCloud.com actually wants you to pull out your credit card, enter the needed info and charge you without notifying. Actually, you will be charged in a not so legitimate way:
- $39.95 for a monthly Platinum Membership on HookupCloud.com
- $39.95 extra, for a monthly membership on XXXPornCloud.com
What are you paying for?
1) Fabricated “Online Legate” profiles
What we found on HookupCloud.com was very interesting. The website is operating fraudulent operations hidden in the plain. First of all, the female dating profiles are fabricated and they are not real members of the website. They are marketing tools to lure you into thinking you can really meet some gorgeous and beautiful ladies who are ready to connect with you and have fun. Everything from their pictures to their personal interests and information on the profile is made up. They call these fake fabricated profiles “Online Legates” and it’s really hard to distinguish them from real women.
PROOF: “By accepting these Terms you further acknowledge and agree that any information or pictures displayed to you via an “Online Legates” profile does not relate to an actual person but has been included for the above mentioned purposes.”
2) Employees send you messages
These are actual people hired and paid by HookupCloud.com to string you along for as long as they can. Why? Because their job is to keep you entertained, while the site keep charging your credit card for as long as possible. But, these employees are also a part of the “Online Legates” and are just doing their job and they will send you emails, interact with you, chat with you and pretend to like you.
PROOF: “By consenting to and accepting these Terms, You acknowledge You fully understand, accept and agree to the “Online Legates” service. You acknowledge that You understand that some of the profiles and Members displayed on them are not actual members of the site. “Online Legates” are not associated with any other user of the site.”
3) Automated email messages
Any emails or instant messages that you receive from women on HookupCloud.com are 100% fake and are actually automatically generated email messages that have no human involvement. Even if they are sent from real humans, they are most likely to be employees of the site.
PROOF: “The “Online Legate” services can include the posting of information, pictures and/or communications directed to You. Such messages may take the form of any communication currently permitted on the Website.”
The verdict on HookupCloud.com
Be careful around this kind of dating sites and always read the Conditions of Use before signing up to a site. In fact, keep in mind that you have no reason to trust an online dating service that claims it is “free” and later asks you for your credit card information. We hope that the Dating Cop team helped you better understand how HookupCloud.com deceives you and rips you off, and that you’ll be more cautious in the future.

You must be kidding me. All those sites are scams, they all suck and are full of bots or scams. At least 3 of the top 5 are identical sites.
I wish I had seen this first because it’s true, 100 % sham. As soon as I clicked sign up, I’m instantly charged 2 dollars and then 1.95. And lifetime membership is only for a day and less than 9 hours later, 39.95. I tried contacting support immediately following first charge and tried to cancel but was blocked my owner of site. Finally got someone on phone today and refund issued but that’ll be 2 weeks from now. That’s fraud by very definition. Kudos to you for informing people the truth
I am going for some one to fuck me so fuckinghard
