Terms of Use verify scam

1) “Love Stars” Fabricated Dating Profiles

At first glance, the photos of women registered on BBWCheaters.com seemed genuine. But, we began to wonder why all these gorgeous women would be looking for dates on an online dating site? In our practice this is actually the first sign of scam. BBWCheaters.com admits in the Terms of Use to fabricating female dating profiles also called “Love Stars”, which are not real members of the website and everything from their pictures to their personal interests and information on the profile is completely made-up.

PROOF OF SCAM: “You understand, acknowledge, and agree that some of the user profiles posted on this site may be fictitious or models or bots related to our “Love Stars” (LS) program. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the information, text, and pictures contained in the LS profiles do not pertain to any actual person or member, but are included for entertainment purposes only.”

2) Automated Messages from “Love Stars” Profiles

The “Love Stars” program is a deception used to send computer-automated email and chat messages. Even the women on the porn videos and live cams are paid models that are hired and paid by the site. Their job is to strip in front of the camera as a part of a compensated employment. If you are not careful, you can easily be deceived by these automated communications and believe they are genuine. Never forget that all communications directed to you are coming from computer software programs that use automated email messages and send them to all free members on the site.

PROOF OF SCAM: “Our LS work for the site in an effort to stimulate dialogue with users and to stimulate user participation on the Website and Services. You further understand, acknowledge, and agree that, from time-to-time, LS may contact Website and Services users and members via electronic messaging, including for example, email, instant messages, and SMS, for purposes of encouraging further or broader participation in our site’s Services and/or to monitor user activity.”

3) Extortion of Credit Card Info and Money

Although this site gives you the impression that it is a free dating service by flaunting the words “Free Adult Dating”, you might be surprised to find out it is NOT FREE. After you have signed up, you created your profile and started checking out the site, you will soon be asked to pay and upgrading your membership. Whenever you want to start a conversation with a woman you see on the site, or if you want to open, read or reply to any of the messages you receive – you are taken to a payment page. Here are the prices of different subscription periods you can choose from. Note that once you pay for membership upgrade, the charge is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period.

  • $2.97 for a 3-day trial membership period (renewed at $39.95 per month)
  • $29.95 for 1 month of paid membership
  • $74.85 for 3 months of paid membership
  • $119.70 for 6 months of paid membership

4) No Real Dating on BBWCheaters.com

Since all women on BBWCheaters.com were fabricated “Love Starts” or employed to scam you, and all the messages you get are computer-generated, then how can you even encounter a real person. Even if you do, you cannot tell them apart from the masked and concealed scams. This site is not an online dating service, they do not have a goal to find real matches and bring people together. If anything, BBWCheaters.com is only an online dating scam, which is only after your money.

PROOF OF SCAM: “You understand, acknowledge, and agree that no physical meeting will ever take place between you and LS, and that the exchange of messages between you and a LS is for entertainment purposes.”
