From the very beginning of our investigation process for IHeartBreaker.com, we found that this online dating site is associated with other dating sites. More specifically, IHeartBreaker.com is owned and run by the same company who also runs Milfaholic.com, CurvyBbw.com, and LocalMilfSelfies.com. We haven’t yet done a review on all these sites, but will be exploring them soon.
Now, we invite you to continue reading this review on IHeartBreaker.com in which you will learn about the scamming tactics used by this site to deceive and rip off their users.
What’s the catch?
If you are not careful, you may be deceived into believing IHeartBreaker.com is a legitimate site. But it isn’t and there are many warning signs to alarm you. One of the first ones for us was when the site wouldn’t let us communicate in any way with anyone unless we paid for subscription. Here is IHeartBreaker.com’s price list:
- $8.91 to buy a 3 day trial period
- $29.95 to buy 1 month of subscription
- $49.95 to buy 2 months of subscription
- $69.90 to buy 3 months of subscription
What are you paying for?
1) Fake women’s profiles called “Online Cuties”
If you are not aware of the existence of the “Online Cuties”, you may not even notice that all of the women’s profiles that exist on IHeartBreaker.com are not real. You can recognize these “Online Cuties” profiles by the little yellow star in which they have the letters “OC” written. If you are wondering what “Online Cuties” means, we have found out that those are completely made-up and fabricated dating profiles of women who do not exist. Nothing from photographs, to their personal information, interests, etc. is genuine. These profiles are created by the site’s owner with the goal to make it look like their dating site is full of gorgeous women ready to have some online fun.
As a part of our investigation, we read through the IHeartBreaker.com Terms of Service document only to find solid proof for our observations.
PROOF: “THIS SITE UTILIZES FANTASY PROFILES IDENTIFIED AS ONLINE CUTIES. You comprehend, acknowledge, and accept that some of the profiles listed on the Site may be operated by our Site or third party contractors and are fictitious. These profiles and interactions generated from them are clearly labelled with the Online Cuties logo”
“You comprehend, acknowledge, and agree that the interactions, profile information, and content utilized by Online Cuties profiles do not originate from any actual Site member, but are present for educational, entertainment and Site monitoring purposes only. Any similarity between Online Cuties profile information or interactions to any real person are purely coincidental and fictitious.”
You will be contacted by these “Online Cuties” because you have agreed to it by signing up and creating a profile on IHeartBreaker.com. Don’t worry if you didn’t notice it, it’s written in super small letters. And who reads the terms and conditions anyway? We advise you to never skip this important part of the process, because it turns out that in the terms and conditions page you can find relevant information which are a deal-breaker.
2) Computer automated messages from the “Online Cupids”
This is another important fact that IHeartBreaker.com admits to doing. They send out automated email messages and fake “flirts” to real members of the site. You may think a woman is contacting you, but in fact it’s all sent from computer software to multiple site members at the same time. The site uses the fictitious “Online Cupids” to send these messages and deceive people into thinking women on this site are flirting with them.
PROOF: “You further comprehend, acknowledge, and agree that, Online Cutie profiles may contact both free users and paid users with computer or human generated interactions for the purposes listed above. These interactions may be initiated to several users simultaneously or in a small time frame. Should a user respond to an interaction from an Online Cuties profile, said user may receive one or more human or computer generated replies from the Online Cuties profile.”
3) Employees are hired to chat you up
This site uses all available tools to trick and deceive its users. The fake women’s profiles and the automated communications are just a part of the whole scam. As quoted in the excepts above, they even hire “third parties” and “human generated interactions”, which means there are real employees on this site who are hired and paid to interact with you, send you messages, flirt with you and keep you on the site.
We found this part of the whole scam most disturbing. If you met someone on the site who actually wasn’t an “Online Cupid”, they are most likely paid to pretend they like you.
PROOF: “Interactions originating from Online Cuties functionality could be computer generated or could be created by the Site or third party contractors hired by the Site.”
